Summer is the best time to travel, and especially in Greece, summer is the ultimate time of the year to have vacations, explore the famous Greek islands and enjoy the sunny weather. If you have booked your tickets to Greece, there is no doubt that you are excited. And who wouldn't be? With these tips, you can make the most out of your trip to Greece and spend unforgettable vacations.

1. Don't rely too much on reviews
Reviews are great, and they can help you to find fantastic places. However, reviews usually will not help you find hidden gems. Instead of relying only on reviews, it is better to ask locals, read travel blogs and explore on your own what is the next best thing.

2. Make a list of everything you want to see
You will get a lot of suggestions and tips for things to do, places and sites to visit, restaurants and beaches before and during your vacations. Put all these ideas into a list, add some notes and have them ready when you arrive. Otherwise, you have to face the possibility of forgetting a lot of interesting things. Making schedules is not exactly your first thought during holidays, but sometimes, this is the only way to get the most out of the new destination.

The goal is to relax and not having to remember all the time details and numbers just like at work. Help your brain to chill out by taking a photo with your camera of anything is important. Tickets, addresses and passports are better to be in another copy in case of an emergency.

5. Don't take with you so many stuffs and clothes
We all want to be beautiful in our holidays, but packing huge suitcases will make your transportation difficult and expensive. It's a pity to carry such a burden and to pay extra fees in the airlines. Besides, summer in Greece is the best time to relax and forget about conventions and rules that have nothing to do with the easy-going feeling of the Greek islands.
